At abcfragrances.ca, we take pride in offering authentic fragrances, including both decanted samples and full-sized bottles. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, as well as industry safety regulations, we maintain a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Decants & Samples: Because these are hand-prepared and cannot be resold once shipped, all sales are final.

  • Full-Sized Bottles: To ensure product authenticity and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges, even if bottles are unopened.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at abcfragrances101@gmail.com

  • Proof (photos or videos) will be required for review.

  • In these rare cases, resolutions may include a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.

3. Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with fragrance preferences. Please purchase thoughtfully, especially with full bottles.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

All items sold on abcfragrances.ca are considered final sale.
