1. Nature of Products

  • Decants & Samples: We specialize in selling decanted fragrance samples. A “decant” means a fragrance taken from an original manufacturer’s bottle and transferred into a smaller, unbranded atomizer or vial.

  • Full-Sized Bottles: In addition to decants, we also sell authentic full-sized retail bottles.

  • No Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially representing any fragrance brand, designer, or manufacturer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

  • For Personal Use Only: Purchases are intended for personal use and may not be resold.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently and only ship to Canada

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Perfume is considered a restricted item for certain carriers. By purchasing, you acknowledge that shipping times may vary depending on carrier policies.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or regional restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of fragrance decants and full bottle fragrances (personal, hygienic items), all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items damaged during shipping, at our discretion. Proof (photos/videos) may be required.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We do not guarantee that any fragrance will meet your expectations, as scent preferences are subjective.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please test fragrances carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, abcfragrances.ca shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on abcfragrances.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
