  • Because fragrance products may be considered hazardous for transport, occasional delays can occur beyond our control.

  • Orders are shipped via Intelcom, with tracking numbers provided once dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the site.

4. Restricted Items

  • Perfumes and alcohol-based products are regulated for air transport. Some carriers or regions may restrict these shipments.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that fragrance shipments are permitted at your destination and agree to any additional carrier requirements.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at abcfragrances101@gmail.com

  • Photo evidence is required for damaged packages.

  • Resolutions (replacement or store credit) are provided at our sole discretion.
